What a week. Monday night I flew to Nelson to support my good Mate Dexter and I can tell you that they love Simon Mannering down in Nelson in fact today in Nelson there is a rugby league tournament for year 5&6 students being played for the simon manning cup with 11 teams entered with 3 traveling from Greymouth & 1 from Hokitika .I flew back Tuesday afternoon as it was the Vodafone Warriors awards night at skycity my guests had a ball. All my guests are regulars in the Stacey jones lounge at mt Smart which I run so everyone knew each other it was a great atmosphere at the awards night and all the lady's looked beautiful I think everyone that was there had a blast on the night. There is more on the awards in the newsletter.I have plenty on this week with it being blue SEPTEMBER what with barbecues and guest appearances I'm gonna be a busy boy With the season over for us Vodafone Warriors fans we now focus on the Rugby League world Cup. The kiwis first game is against Samoa on October 28 at Mt Smart. It's going to be huge but only if you support it.so please make an effort to get to the games that are being played in New Zealand the tournament is being played in 3 countries New Zealand,Papua New Guinea & Australia with the final in Brisbane on the 2nd of December GO THE KIWIS!
