Well a bit of a sad day for me. We’ve just got the news that Shaun Johnson will be moving on from the Vodafone Warriors. To say I am disappointed would be an understatement, but that’s life. I wish him all the best but my loyalty will always be with the mighty Vodafone Warriors. I’m looking forward to the Joseph Parker fight in Christchurch and watching Ex-Warrior Manu Vatuvei take on Brown Buttabean. I will be on the fence for this fight. I’ve known Manu for many years now and have got to know him quite well, especially when I was the manager of the Kiwis and of course through the Warriors. However, Brown Buttabean is one person I have humongous respect for. They way he has turned his life around and is now helping to turn others around is fantastic. So, it’s going to be a bloody good night in Christchurch. But let’s not forget, if you woke up this morning it’s a beautiful day and life goes on. Sir Peter Charles Leitch KNZM QSM
