Newsletter #248
Well the newsletter started off more than 20 years ago as a single page and I just put my thoughts down and sent it out to a few people.
Now it goes out to thousands and it’s been a fantastic journey.
I have to thank many people who have helped and contributed to the newsletter, and there are too many to name but they all know who they are.
I appreciate all you've done and I’ve had some wonderful sponsors too, and I am very proud of the fact that we have never sold an ad in the newsletter. The only ads that have ever gone in the newsletter have gone in because I wanted to show my appreciation to companies that have supported me.
So every company whose ads went into the newsletter had my personal endorsement.
Most of all I want to thank you all for receiving the newsletter because without you it would’ve been a waste of time.
I’ve had a hell of a lot of emails to thank the team for our newsletter and while I’ve tried to get back to as many of you as I could I'm sorry if I have missed you. I’ve shared a few with you in the newsletter so make sure you check them out.
It's certainly just time for the old Butcher to slow down a little bit and keep the wife happy.
But you never know, you might get the odd message from me because I’ll be keeping your emails.
I want to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and let’s all share the love out there because how important that is has been brought home by the terrible tragedy of young Grace Millane, the English tourist who has been killed.
So it’s important we really make an effort to share the love out there.
I can't sign off without giving you my tip for the Vodafone Warriors in 2019. We will make the top four...and with a bit of luck will win the Premiership.
Keep on believing.
